I chose in-store pick-up, when can I pick up my purchase?
Normally
your purchase is ready fairly quickly, please wait for the confirmation
email indicating that your purchase is available.
If
your purchase is available in store, the delivery is approximately 48
hours in working days, otherwise it takes at least 10 working days to
get your purchase.
When your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification from Purolator, you can then follow up on Purolator's website.
How do I know if the product is available in store?
You
have to select the product page on our website, under the availability
field; if it says "ship within 2 working days" it is available in store
otherwise it will be indicated delivered within 2 working weeks.
However, you can always contact us to check our inventory.I would like to have my calculator approved for exams?
You
can do it at the cash counter in store, only non-programmable
calculators are accepted for exams. A selection of calculators that can
be certified is available in store.I downloaded an e-book but I can't open it?
You must first download the free Adobe Digital Edition software to be able to read your book.I downloaded an e-book but I don't see it on my computer?

Digital
books in PDF format are formatted for printing, but they are not
standard PDF files, they must absolutely be opened with the free Adobe
Digital Edition software.I have an error message when I try to open my digital book?
Digital
books are protected by a license to prevent copying, if you have tried
to open it with software other than digital book reading software, you
may have blocked the license. Please contact us.I bought an e-book by mistake, can I get a refund?
If you downloaded the book on your computer no refund can be made.I bought a paper book, but I don't need it, can I get a refund?
A refund can only be made in the case of a course withdrawal.
