1) Teaching Material
- Items used during classes cannot be exchanged nor refunded unless you have a proof of your quitting or canceling a class. A request for refund with an administrative proof will be accepted within 10 days after the courses quitting deadline.
- Any item that you want to return must be in perfect condition and the purchase proof is required.
- If you want to send back an item, you will have to assume the shipping fees.
- We cannot allow the refunding of teaching equipment under any other circumstances, no matter if you are a student or not.
2) Other items
You can bring back any other item for exchange or refund under the following conditions:
- Items must be in perfect condition.
- A purchase proof is required for an item to be refunded.
- Exchanges or refunds requests must be done within 10 days after receiving your items.
- If you want to send back an item, you will have to assume the shipping fees.
- Damaged items will be exchanged or refunded at any time.
